RETURN POLICY: No returns accepted without the original packing and pre-authorization number.

You must contact us via email or telephone to get a pre-authorization number before returning any product.

We do accept returns upon authorization within 25 days from the date of shipment and ONLY if the merchandise has some manufacturing defect and in the original packaging, for a full refund of the product or an even exchange to be reshipped at our cost.
Any refund requested, due to manufacturing defect, will be issued by check after verification that product has been received.

By very nature, a handcrafted product may have minor variations in a variety of features such as stitching, size, and color. These variations do not affect the beauty or usability of the product. It is this handcrafted quality that gives the products their subtle distinctive character and is a source of delight to each user of the product.

For any damages during transit the claim shall be made directly with the carrier - UPS or USPS etc.

UPS insures a shipment of one box, up to $100.00 in value. Anything more than that has to be insured additionally for $1.50 for a value of up to $299.00.

Please advise when ordering if you desire additional shipping insurance.

For any other reasons there will be a 20% restocking fee. You must contact us via email or telephone to get a pre-authorization number before returning any product. Refund will be sent in the form of a check, less the 20% restocking fee.
